  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
  • During peak seasons, promo events, or nationwide sales, processing may extend to 2–4 business days, but we always do our best to ship earlier.

Stock Availability

  • In case an item becomes unavailable due to system delay, you will be notified immediately for:
    • Replacement
    • Refund
    • Or conversion to store credit

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customs fees vary per country.
  • These charges, if any, must be shouldered by the buyer.
  • Stractive PH is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of the items
  • Shipping destination
  • Courier rates
  • Chosen delivery method (standard or express, if available)

For international orders, rates depend on region and volumetric weight.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You may track your parcel through:

  • The courier’s official tracking page
  • Shopify order tracking system (if enabled)

Please allow 12–24 hours for the courier to update tracking status.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Delayed Shipments

Delays can happen due to:

  • Courier backlogs
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Weather disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

Stractive PH is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking and following up if needed.


Incorrect / Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • Courier may attempt delivery but fail
  • Parcel may be returned to us

Reshipping fees must be shouldered by the customer.
We highly recommend double-checking your delivery address before checkout.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempted delivery but no one was available to receive the package:

  • Courier may attempt again
  • Courier may transfer the parcel to a nearby pickup hub
  • Prolonged unclaimed parcels are returned to sender

Reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the courier, but please note that courier investigations may take 5–15 working days.
  • Stractive PH is not responsible for lost parcels due to theft, incorrect delivery by courier, or parcels marked “Delivered” but not received.
