- Parcel may be returned to us
Reshipping fees must be shouldered by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempted delivery but no one was available to receive the package:

- Courier may transfer the parcel to a nearby pickup hub
- Prolonged unclaimed parcels are returned to sender
